Congrats to all the Mass kids competing and doing well in New Englands this past weekend. From what I see, there are a lot of talented kids across NE, coming into HS next year. I am sure many will make some noise next year.

No love for the youth? Come on Mass Wrestling fans, they are the future. Competing at NE in Youth/MS is a huge accomplishment and to place even more so. These kids deserve recognition on this site as well. I have no kids in the program. But I remember these days and these kids work just as hard if not harder than many of the HS students of today. Many will be the next studs in HS. Again congrats to the Mass elite.

There were quite a few kids there today that will no doubt be heard from soon, probably next year. Very impressed with McGonigle and Lagasse

Exactly, both studs. Few others that are very seasoned.
Matty Cabezas (Methuen), and Ryan Garlitz (masco), and Noah Strout (NH) all 3 will make some noise next year.

McGonagle was a Maine kid. He moved to the Timberlane district last year and repeated 8th grade...

with that being said repeating a grade seems to be a trend now amongst the wrestling community
