MWU Spring practice will begin Tuesday March 17 for Grades 5-8 & 9-12 - registration is underway online at www.metrowestunited.com.

In order to better address the needs of all our High School wrestlers, we have split practices on Tuesdays & Thursdays: MWU Technique (6:30-8:00PM) and MWU Elite (8:00-9:30 PM). Grade 5-8 will run from 6:30-8:00 PM.

MWU Technique is recommended for any wrestler looking to sharpen their skills and learn new ways to outscore their opponents. These sessions will not only provide wrestlers with an arsenal of new techniques ranging from basic (but essential!) to advanced. It will also provide members an opportunity to improve their drilling and mat awareness. Last, but certainly not least, all wrestlers should expect live, live and more live wrestling!

MWU Elite is targeting the elite and experienced wrestler seeking to sharpen their skill and elevate their wrestling abilities to the next level. This session will provide members with unique, highly advanced wrestling training unlike any club in the region. Practices will focus on training each wrestler and complimenting their strengths and individual style. The staff will present advanced drills, veteran technique, conditioning and live scenarios. MWU is looking for wrestlers that strive for the top of the podium.
