Hi everybody,

Please see the Peckham Scholarship, Dave Schultz High School Excellence Award and MA-NWHOF forms attached to this email. I was hoping that all of you could help distribute them to your wrestling network.

Rich Gorham - Prep High School coaches distribution list
Manny Costa - Public High School coaches distribution list
Steve Tassini - MIWOA distribution list
Ken Carrigan / Jim Maher - Please post to [link]
Bob Gay - MIAA wrestling distribution list

The Peckham and Schultz forms have a deadline of March 1, 2015.
The Massachusetts Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame nominations forms can be turned in at any time. However, the ballot for the 2015 banquet has already been created by our nominations committee. With that being said, consideration for the MA-NWHOF induction would be for the Class of 2016 or later. Please review each form for more information and contact people for each. You may also visit the links below for more information

Individuals who have made significant lifetime contributions to Massachusetts Wrestling may be inducted into the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in one of three categories:

Lifetime Service To Wrestling

Given in recognition of at least 20 years of dedication to the development of leadership and citizenship in the youth through the sport of wrestling.

Outstanding American

Given to former wrestlers who are highly successful and use the disciplines learned in wrestling in their profession.

Medal of Courage

Is presented to a wrestler or former wrestler who has overcome insurmountable challenges or made heroic sacrifices.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Yours in wrestling,

Matt Quimby
