I am so happy that Ken Carrigan is being recognized as a contributor. I don't think most people realize how much he does for the sport of wrestling. He has helped SO MANY KIDS from youth wrestling all the way up to high school wrestling and helped them through college. He has made kids that have never wrestled before become champions. He devotes ALL his free time to wrestling. He volunteers at the best camps in the country and the coaches appreciate him so much (not to mention any names Gable, Brands etc.) they invite him over to their house to have dinner. I hope every one can appreciate what he does for the sport!

Congratulations Kenny!!!!!!! You deserve this very special honor!

Yeah, Ken's been very helpful this past offseason promoting all the opportunities available for wrestlers on MassWrestling! I certainly can't keep up with it all like he does.

I have one son who is a very good wrestler in the 10th grade....I have another who's just starting out in the 8th grade....Kenny shows the same amount of interest in each of them, and both look forward to any time they have a chance to interact with him. This year at the Marshfield tournament my 10th grader had lost a tough match and Kenny took the time to give him some advice as to how to avoid the negative situation he found himself in.

Congrats, Coach Ken and we thank you for your help in making my boys better wrestlers!

Kenny not only promotes but expedites oportunities for kids to get to tourneys, camps, and club training. He's in good with the Brands and takes a group to train at their camps every year. Insane involvement in bettering the kids wrestling abilities. Congratulations Kenny.

....now, can we get Torin Sweeney in there next year?!? 27 years at Cohasset (one of the smallest division three programs).....multiple sectional/league championships and one state championship on his resume and still going strong.
