Everyone should try and go to this, we have to support these kinds of things if we want them to keep happening in Mass

Imagine, a wrestler of this magnitude in our midst, right here in Mass. How does Aaron do it? We are very fortunate to have such an influential contact that produces these unique opportunities.
Now the best part = Only $10.00 Dollars for pre-registered wrestlers/participants. That is an unheard of price! Even $20.00 Dollars at the door is still an awesome deal.
Henry Cejudo shocked the World & U.S.A. Wrestling by becoming an Olympic Gold Medalist. His story of hardship & success is incredible & very inspirational. He chose to move to the Olympic Training Ctr. in Colorado Springs to concentrate on Freestyle wrestling, under the tutelage of Legendary Resident Coach Terry Brands.
I highly recommend this Clinic to all in the Mass. wrestling community. Just being in the presence of such greatness will be an advantageous experience...

Making excuses for losing a match you haven't wrestled yet is a surefire way to never be a champion.

With this level of interest, we may surpass the Sanderson and Gable Clinic numbers from two and three years ago. If pre-registrations continue to roll in at this rate, we may only be able to accept a limited number at the door. See you on the 23rd in Hudson. Please do not send pre-registrations after November 17th. Thank you.

A double dose is in store & I am highly recommending that everyone in the Mass. wrestling community needs to be here @ Hudson. His story is absolutely Incredible & I honestly can't imagine that any wrestler would miss this "golden" opportunity.
Incidentally, there were (360) wrestlers @ the Journeymen Clinic in N.Y. to see Cejudo. It's not about learning how to wrestle during a two hour Clinic. It's more about the "Mental Aspect" & the "Psych" of overcoming adversities in wrestling & in life...
Be there & make it happen, no excuses.

If Michael Phelps were coming to the Weston pool, would the MetroWest Daily News cover it?
If Michael Jordan came to Hopkinton to run a clinic, would the MetroWest Daily New cover it?
If Henry Cejudo comes to Hudson High School, will the MetroWest Daily News run any kind of spread or preview?
Let me know if you see anything. The MetroWest news room can be reached at (508) 626-3800.

For those not already pre-registered, it will be $20.00 dollars at the door & this is still a great deal/bargain. Henry will also have T-shirts available.
Remember, one can also donate an old pair of (usable) wrestling shoes in lieu of $ for admission. I will be donating a pair of "Brand New" wrestling shoes for this cause.
Let's show our only Olympic Champion that Mass. has a great following of devoted wrestlers who care about the wellbeing of wrestling in our State...

Video taping can be a tricky situation due to copyright infringements & personal violations? A lot depends on the agreement & permission from the one being video taped & the intentions of what will become of the material which is recorded? I myself, did in fact, got the chance to tape Henry Cejudo while he was @ the Journeymen Clinic last Sat. on Nov. 15th. I got prior approval/permission to do so.
One thing that I do know: is that most Clinicians do not want their Teachings to appear on "U-Tube" or to be spread around in such a manner. Some people wreck a good thing by trying to make $$$ on others accomplishments. Just my personal experience on the subject. I have never put any of my recordings on "U-Tube" & I never will. It simply has to be this way or else we will all be shut down & nobody will ever be able to study from their own recordings.
Those who attend will find out the ruling on this matter. I believe (based on what occured @ Journeymen) that Henry Cejudo will allow video taping, BUT as far as posting it on here; that may be an entirely different matter? Come & see Henry Cejudo in person...

Does anyone know if it will be primarily motivational speaking or will there be activities to take part in? I want to make sure to bring his shoes and headgear if he will need to use them. Are other wrestlers bringing their gear?

My hat goes off the Aaron, Worldwide Sport Supply as well as USA Wrestling for giving my boys and the many others this experience. It is opportunities like this that make the sport of wrestling so special.

Personally, it makes no sense to post it for those who don't take the time & effort to be there in person. It's called fairness... Come & see Henry Cejudo in person.
I agree, but for some, thats a long drive, and far away. |
